Through exposure to various roles, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how we manage change, while building a robust portfolio of technical, business, and leadership skills. This is achieved through;

• Working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems in Business Analysis
• Driving projects from initiation to delivery in Project Management
• Opportunities to play a vital role in our success, shaping strategic and innovative solutions in Architecture
• Or Service Delivery, where you’ll be at the forefront of Zurich’s IT operational support and managing key relationships to ensure the best customer experience.
• Assigning you to actual business projects where you will get the support to own and manage workstreams from day 1.

What you’ll need: 

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance to the office workplace stated in this advert
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• To be flexible and responsive in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entry Requirements:  

• You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree
• At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
