Valayo have partnered with a leading (re)insurance brand who are searching for an Actuary/Data Scientist.

About the Role

In the role you’ll be using your expertise with advanced technology to create and drive data-driven decisions across M&A, underwriting, and claims.

You’ll develop machine learning models, extract insights from complex data, and collaborate across teams to drive impactful solutions to business challenges.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a nearly/newly qualified actuary with strong data scientist skills OR a data scientist with substantial insurance experience. You will have implemented ML techniques in an insurance setting before and should be proficient in SQL and Python and/or R
