£75,000 – £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client, a partner-led Consultancy, is looking for a Qualified Pensions Actuary to join their growing Pensions Consulting team as a Scheme Actuary. Leading on your own portfolio of clients you will be responsible for providing advice and updates to the schemes under your remit.

Responsibilities

  • Advising a range of clients within the existing client base
  • Prospecting new business to support the business development plans of the company
  • Working with collaboratively with colleagues to provide well-rounded advice on a range of current and emerging issues
  • Reviewing and signing off on work produced by more junior colleagues
  • Leading client meetings, acting as day-to-day point of contact and managing the delivery of client work
  • Opportunities to mentor, train and manage Actuarial colleagues

Skills/Experience Required

  • Qualified Actuary with a Scheme Actuary Practicing Certificate
  • Experience advising clients as a Scheme Actuary
  • Strong communication skills
