Surrey/Kent – Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office

£55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client, a partner-led Consultancy, is looking for a Nearly or Newly Qualified Pensions Actuary to join their growing Pensions Consulting team. Working across a range of Corporate and Trustee clients, this role would see you engaging with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Working with more senior colleagues to advise a range of Corporate and Trustee pension schemes
• Reviewing member calculations, valuations and accounting disclosures produced by junior colleagues
• Drafting and reviewing standard and bespoke advice and communications
• Attending client meetings and manage delivery of client work
• Assist in the day-to-day management of clients, providing updates on a variety of issues
• Opportunities to mentor and train more junior Actuarial colleagues

Skills/Experience Required

• Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary or non-studier with relevant experience
• Prior DB Pensions Consulting experience or BPA experience from a Life Insurance role
• Strong communication skills
