Our client is looking for an Actuarial Assistant to join their Pensions function in a role focused on technical valuations work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to implement your DB pensions experience in a technical role within a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cashflow valuations of funds, considering buy-in/buyout contracts
- Produce complex models and undertake calculations
- Develop understanding of relevant technical issues
- Use in-house software to prepare data and actuarial bases
- Working across multiple workstreams with regular rotations providing variety
Skills/Experience Required
- Part Qualified Actuary making initial progress through the Actuarial exams or non-studier with relevant experience
- Prior Pensions valuations experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills
