Our client, a boutique partner-led Consultancy, is looking for a Senior Risk Transfer Specialist to join their growing team. This role would see you leading on a portfolio of clients and projects within the Risk Transfer space.

The Senior Risk Transfer Specialist can be offered from a number of UK offices. Hybrid working is offered as standard, with most colleagues spending 2 days a week in the office.
The Senior Risk Transfer Specialist can be offered as a full time position or on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities of the Senior Risk Transfer Specialist:
- Advising the existing client base on Risk Transfer related projects
- Prospecting new business to support the business development plans of the company
- Review and sign-off on technical advice related to Risk Transfer projects, including regulatory advice
- Lead Risk Transfer projects, collaborating with colleagues internally and with external stakeholders
- Leading client meetings, acting as day-to-day point of contact and managing the delivery of client work
- Working with collaboratively with colleagues to provide well-rounded advice on a range of current and emerging issues
- Opportunities to mentor, train and manage Actuarial colleagues
Skills/Experience Required for the Senior Risk Transfer Specialist:
- Fully Qualified Actuary or non-studier with relevant experience
- Prior Risk Transfer experience from a Consulting or Life Insurance/Reinsurance position
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging with a range of stakeholders
