Our client, a market-leading Consultancy, is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant to join their Risk Transfer Consulting team. Working across a range of clients, this role would see you working as part of an established team and engaging with a variety of external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Senior Risk Transfer Actuarial Consultant:

• Provide expert advice on a range of risk transfer transactions including buy-ins/buy-outs, longevity swaps and scheme wind ups
• Provide strategic advice to a range of clients considering undertaking a risk transfer transactions
• Engage with various external stakeholders including insurers/re-insurers, trustees and sponsors
• Support on, or lead, new business efforts depending on your experience
• Mentor and train junior Actuarial staff where appropriate

Skills/Experience Required for the Senior Risk Transfer Actuarial Consultant:

• Fully Qualified Actuary
• Prior experience of Risk Transfer/BPA transactions from a Pensions Consulting or Life Insurance role
• Strong communication skills
