We are currently recruiting several Senior Pricing Manager positions on behalf of key General Insurance clients.
The Senior Pricing Manager position would see you supporting the retail or risk pricing teams, leading on technical model governance and contributing to process improvement.
Additional responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Manager could include:
- Reviewing pricing processes to advise on and implement improvements.
- Lead on technical model governance, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks
- Recommending and building strategy improvement to increase profitability within the pricing function.
- Manage and develop the skills of your direct reports.
These Senior Pricing Manager opportunities are within growing Personal Lines Pricing functions and would suit a Senior Pricing Manager looking for a new challenge or a Pricing Manager looking to make a step up in seniority.
Prior Personal Lines Pricing experience is required for these positions; Motor, Travel, Pet or Home Insurance experience would all be applicable.
Proficiency in modelling software like Radar or Emblem, as well as programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python, is vital, along with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in pricing.
