We are currently recruiting several Pricing Manager positions on behalf of key General Insurance clients.

The Pricing Manager position is crucial in ensuring accurate pricing, balancing model updates with increased sophistication, and shaping the long-term pricing strategy.

Additional responsibilities of the Pricing Manager could include:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of price changes and pricing models
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on customers, taking steps to prevent unfair treatment
  • Actively lead team development and provide coaching to analysts

These Pricing Manager opportunities are within growing Personal Lines Pricing functions and would suit a Pricing Manager looking for a new challenge or a Senior Pricing Analyst looking to make a step up in seniority.

Prior Personal Lines Pricing experience is required for these positions; Motor, Travel, Pet or Home Insurance experience would all be applicable.

Proficiency in modelling software like Radar or Emblem, as well as programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python, is vital, along with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in pricing.

Company benefits:

  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • 25 days annual leave, with the option to purchase additional days
  • Competitive employer pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Flexible working options
  • Various additional benefits

To provide every candidate with an equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills throughout the recruitment process, we may need to make certain adjustments. If you have a physical or mental health condition or disability that requires accommodations, please reach out to a member of the team to discuss your needs. All information shared will be handled in line with our data protection policy.
