We are currently recruiting several Lead/Principal Pricing Analyst positions on behalf of key General Insurance clients.

The Lead/Principal Pricing Analyst position would see you developing innovative and actionable pricing solutions.

Additional responsibilities of the Lead/Principal Pricing Analyst could include:

• Assist with pricing to enhance customer outcomes, contribute to the insurance strategy and overall profitability of the function.
• Develop and implement complex solutions to continuously enhance pricing strategies.
• Opportunity to explore new technologies and contribute to strategic changes, such as advancing model sophistication and applying the latest data science techniques for profitable growth.
• Support the technical development of junior colleagues

These Lead/Principal Pricing Analyst opportunities are within growing Personal Lines Pricing functions and would suit a Lead or Principal Pricing Analyst looking for a new challenge or a Senior Analyst looking to make a step up in seniority.

Prior Personal Lines Pricing experience is required for these positions; Motor, Travel, Pet or Home Insurance experience would all be applicable.

Proficiency in modelling software like Radar or Emblem, as well as programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python, is vital, along with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in pricing.
