Our client, a growing Insurer, is looking for an Actuarial Reporting Manager to join them and lead the reporting process including production and testing of results.
Responsibilities of the Actuarial Reporting Manager:
- Leading reporting across a number of metrics (SII, IFRS and UKGAAP), both producing and testing results
- Leading monthly solvency and EV reporting for the business
- Leading and managing the work of the Actuarial Reporting team
- Preparing methodology & assumption papers
- Leading production of reports for senior stakeholders
Skills/Experience Required for the Actuarial Reporting Manager:
- Ideally a fully Qualified Actuary, although a part-qualified Actuary with sufficient experience can be considered
- Prior Life Insurance Reporting experience is essential
- Prior experience managing and developing junior colleagues
- Strong communication skills
