Role
You will be part of the actuarial team working on our growing client base to deliver services to trustees and sponsoring employers, with a view to you taking increasing responsibility for tasks under the mentoring of more senior members of the team.
You will assist with a wide variety of calculations including individual member calculations, actuarial valuations for pension schemes, company accounting disclosures as well as with the drafting of actuarial documents and other communications.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved with some non-actuarial consultancy projects and further expand your experience and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
You will be a part qualified actuarial student with at least 2 years’ experience in a pensions actuarial consulting environment.
We are looking for candidates with a strong mathematical ability, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an aptitude for delivering over and above what is expected. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be a good team player.
