Your Role:

The type of work you can expect to be involved in as an analyst in the role include:

  • Conducting in-depth research. This will include a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including:
    • online discussions with industry experts and other professionals
    • desk-based research, identifying and analysing data from other sources
  • Analysing information and data to produce insightful conclusions and meaningful content to our clients or subscribers in the form of reports, databases, and viewpoints
  • Communicating with clients or subscribers via presentations, email, webinars and by phone
  • Developing your project management skills and / or leading projects
  • Building relationships with industry contacts on behalf of the company, developing client relationships and contributing to the development of the business
  • Collaborating across teams within LCP Delta
  • Developing expertise in the energy transition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Higher or A Level in STEM subject A Grade (taking into account any contextualisation of grades)
  • Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in any subject, or currently studying for a degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 and / or relevant MSc
  • IT skills – including Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • An interest in the energy transition and an awareness of topical issues
  • A willingness to develop new industry contacts and clients and attend events where required
  • Commercial acumen – the ability to think commercially about the needs of our clients
  • Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
