Key duties (including, but not limited to):

• Services as the lead consultant for an agreed number of clients
• Manages day-to-day client needs but also anticipates the changing needs of clients and promotes services to pro-actively to meet these needs
• Ensures that work is managed commercially with robust project management across all phases of client work: Marketing, scoping, forecasting, service delivery, billing, de-brief/closedown
• Actively supports and contributes to achieving practice area business plan
