As a Senior Actuarial Analyst in the Health Pricing team, you will support pricing initiatives and portfolio management analyses
Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Data Management: You will Identify, manipulate, and analyse data to create processes
- Modelling: This includes building or developing models; document assumptions; quantify risks and opportunities and recommend solutions
- Reporting: Validate results; monitor and explain outcomes; identify improvements
- Stakeholder Communication: You will understand needs; collaborate with senior stakeholders; present results
Qualifications required:
- Student or associate member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or equivalent
- Working towards the completion of your actuarial qualification
- Or: Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or equivalent
Experience required
- MS Office skills: Intermediate Excel, basic Word/PowerPoint,
- Ideally also coding (python, R, SQL, VBA etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills – high IQ and aptitude with numbers
