𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘺: £60,000-80,000 +𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘴 & 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘴, 𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘹 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦

A large EBC and a top client of mine are looking for a self-driven, experienced pensions professional to join their Trustee consulting team. This is an opportunity to support the running of pension schemes, offer governance advice directly to the client, and collaborate with a number of teams across the business.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
-Owning client projects (clients are mainly Trustees and Sponsors of private trust-based pension arrangements)
-BAU work (management of pension committees, recruitment/ retention, DEI
-Trustee Board operational reviews
-Strategic business planning including risk management, performance measurement
-Regular client interaction and relationship-building

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹:
-Extensive experience in a pensions consultancy or professional trustee firm
-FIA not essential but desirable, or extensive relevant pensions trustee knowledge
-Strong intrapersonal skills- comfortable leading meetings with board members as well as junior colleagues, expressing your advice and solutions
-Strong governance knowledge (compliance business planning, risk management)
-Self-motivated, problem-solver, decision maker, people leader
