Package: Up to £90,000 +30% bonus

Hiring a highly experienced Data specialist to lead Strategy and Solutions for a top EBC. This role is a complex technical position with the Actuarial team, and involves limited client-facing responsibilities. You will enter at Director level.

The role:

• Project based, providing guidance and solutions through technical reviews
• Projects include, GMP, complex benefit calculations, data cleansing, bulk data rectification, de-risking
• Working closely with the wider Actuarial function, communicating complex correction strategy
• Conducting pre-data cleansing audit and due diligence procedures

The individual:

• FIA advantageous, not essential
• Extensive DB Pensions knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on data correction and rectification experience across varying pensions projects, leading data workstreams
• Analytical and strategic mindset to best understand potential client issues
