The Barnett Waddingham Graduate programme

All our graduates get early opportunity to work directly with clients and plenty of training to develop their technical and communication skills. Our Graduate Programme is in one specific business area and this year we are recruiting graduates across Pension Administration, Employer Consulting and Pension and Executive Management Services.  To give you an idea of the work involved in the different business area, please find a snapshot below:

Our graduates develop a broad, transferable skillset which covers both technical and consulting matters. You will also have opportunities to work on a wide range of projects and to develop your softer skills.

Who are we looking for?

Our current graduate vacancies require a minimum 2:2 degree and a strong interest to work and advance a career within the professional services industry. We require dedicated individuals with a strong academic background who are dynamic, proactive and have good communication skills.

Professional Qualifications:

As graduate you’ll be developing through the business by learning on the job, but ultimately important is working towards a professional qualification. The matrix below will give you an idea of the professional qualifications that we offer our graduates across Pension Administration, Employer Consulting and Pension & Executive Management Services.

The recruitment process takes place throughout the spring and we’ll be organising assessment days over the summer. Please note, for some offices we will be recruiting on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you’re ready.
