What attracted you to WTW?
I was attracted by the name and success of WTW, a big company, the culture seemed very inclusive and I wanted to be part of a company that embraced everyone and was at the top of the industry. Also, I had always known that the company does really well and it seemed like a really good place to work, had a good social presence online and the reviews looked really good when I checked the company out. Also, after working at a different company the name WTW kept coming up and it made me realise that I really wanted to work there after further research.
What type of work have you been involved in?
I have been involved in valuation work, working with other consultancies and the Pension Protection Fund. I have done a range of pension calculations, created presentations to be used in quarterly client meetings. I have done accounting for pension schemes as well and done a range of client work which has led to multiple client interactions.
