What do you find most rewarding and most challenging about your role?

What I find most rewarding is being able to work on a large range of projects. Most challenging is time management – working on lots of different projects with similar deadlines can sometimes be a challenge.

What training have you received

When I first joined Aon, I completed two weeks of training as part of my Induction. Currently, I attend weekly/fortnightly training calls on a range of topics, including personal development and job-specific skills improvement.

What skills are useful in your role?

Communication, attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly and time management.
