Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Siobhan Boylan as its Chief Financial Officer.
Boylan began her career qualifying as a chartered accountant with PwC, before joining Aviva, moving up through the company to become CFO of North America.
Boylan will report directly to LGIM chief executive Mark Zinkula.
Zinkula said: ‘Siobhan joins us at an exciting time for our business. Our international expansion is gaining momentum as we experience increasing demand for our range of strategies. Siobhan’s experience as an internationally focused CFO will be a great asset to the business and I look forward to working with her.’
Boylan added: ‘This is a business with a tremendous potential for growth and in my new role I hope to use my experience to help Mark and the Board drive the best from the business and capitalise on the many opportunities open to LGIM.’
